So on Friday the 23rd it was my birthday. 18 years young I am! Nothing great happened. I got a lot of birthday texts. Someone thought I was 19… and I got a few gifts. Yeap. Oh, and I brought my first bottle of alcohol today. Vodka. I am drinking it as I type.. Well, Vodka and coke… I put to much vodka in.
Now that I am 18, it opens up a whole new thing for me. Debt. Yeah.. I plan to get into debt now. Haha. No I joke, but I want to put some things on tick1. Why? Well, I earn enough money. I don’t have any other debt, and I need these things.
Well, do I need a tv? haha, no. But the tv I have at the mo isn’t mine. So I plan on getting a 32″ tv. Although in saying that, if I get a 42inch then I get a free surround sounds system, which I actually would love because I am somewhat getting sick of listening to my music on my shitty lap top. The tv I am looking at comes in under 2grand. Which is kinda my limit. Although because I’ll be putting it on tick, it’ll come to 2grand, if not more. So I really must think hard weather it’s worth putting a bigger tv on tick just to get the surround sounds, or if I should just be happy with a 32″. Tis a hard decision. And I guess I should be getting the cheap one. But argh, I love sub woofers. And surround sound.
Another thing I want to get is a camera. I’ve wanted one for awhile, and it makes sense to just put it on the same HP. So why not? I still don’t know what camera I want. A Sony Cyber shot should do fine. But.. I still don’t know. Haha, I just want a point and shoot, won’t come out crappy, camera.
And a heater. A heater would be good, because my boyfriend always gives me shit about how I’m still using his parents heater2. So I decided I’d take a look at those aswel. This is going to be a huge tick up. But hey, I’m young. And I have the spear cash. (Well, at the end of each week I have the spear cash..)

Happy belated! I have two Sony cameras, a Cyber Shot, and an Alpha 200, both work pretty well, so I’d recommend Sony!

Happy Belated Birthday.
Thanks for commenting me back.
I had to comment your blog for two reasons;
#1; you are a fellow kiwi.
#2; you work on a farm.
Lol. I would love to marry a farmer and help out on the farm. As I love milking cows and being on the bikes and just the surroundings. It’s like…Perfect. Beats living in the city (like I currently do now).
How did you come to find that you wanted to work on the farm?
I am so excited to be (in a way) going back to school. I chose to do English, Visual Arts, Graphics, Computer Studies, and Business Studies. I hope that I can handle the work load as well as working (although I only work Thursdays and Fridays at a jewelers). I am still torn between 3 careers that I want to do.

I’m from Whangarei, but hopefully next year I will be moving to Hamilton to be closer to my boyfriend.
Bob Marley, Sublime & Queen!? Girl…You have great taste in music.
Those are the sorts of cd’s I’m making. I hope my friend likes them… Ha ha!
You are enjoying farming though, right? I am so jealous. But I doubt I could handle the hours and all the work. I’m such a tiny person, and some how I always get distracted by the animals (as I talk to them, as crazy as that sounds). I helped an old friend when he was working on a farm and his boss let me help him calve. I was so amazed! It was great!
